Ikwe.ai is a Des Moines company measuring how AI behaves across a whole conversation. Its EQ Safety Benchmark scores behaviors that matter to the person in that conversation: respecting their ability to make their own decisions, noticing when someone is struggling, and knowing when to point them toward a real person. Ikwe hands back an independent score and the evidence behind it. The company paying for the assessment cannot change the result. This week, founder and Newton native Stephanie Stranko will share how she and her team are building toward continuous monitoring from the assessments they offer today, and where the Iowa community can help. Ikwe (pronounced "ik-way") is the Ojibwe word for "woman."
